CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. In order to comply with child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, CONTRACTOR shall execute and abide by the “Child Support Enforcement Provision” (for profit only providers) attached hereto as Exhibit “I” and incorporated herein by this reference within thirty (30) days of award of contract. Failure of CONTRACTOR to timely submit the data and/or certifications required above or to comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Failure to cure such breach within sixty (60) days of notice from COUNTY shall constitute grounds for termination of this Agreement.

CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. Under Section 231.006 of the Texas Family Code, Counsel certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract is not ineligible to receive payment under this Contract and Counsel acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. GRANTEE agrees to cooperate with ODJFS and any child support enforcement agency in ensuring that GRANTEE and its employees meet child support obligations established by state and federal law including present and future compliance with any court or valid administrative order for the withholding of support issued pursuant to the applicable sections of ORC Chapters 3119, 3121, 3123, and 3125.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. Provider agrees to cooperate with ODJFS and any Ohio Child Support Enforcement Agency (“CSEA”) in ensuring Provider and Provider's employees meet child support obligations established under state or federal law. Further, by executing this Agreement, Provider certifies present and future compliance with any court or valid administrative order for the withholding of support which is issued pursuant to the applicable sections in ORC Chapters 3119, 3121, 3123, and 3125.

CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. The Provider agrees to cooperate with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and any Ohio Child Support Enforcement Agency in ensuring employees of the Provider meet child support obligations established under state law.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. In order to comply with child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, Licensee agrees to furnish Director of OC Parks, County’s standard form District Attorney Child Support Enforcement Certification Requirements, which includes the following information. a) In the case where Licensee is doing business as an individual, Licensee’s name, date of birth, Social Security Number, and residence address; b) In the case where Licensee is doing business in a form other than as an individual, the name, date of birth, Social Security Number, and residence address of each individual who owns an interest of ten percent (10%) or more in the contracting entity; c) A certification that the Licensee has fully complied with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements regarding its employees; and d) A certification that the Licensee has fully complied with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment and will continue to so comply. Failure of Licensee to timely submit data and/or certifications required above or to comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this License. Failure to cure such breach within sixty (60) days of notice from the Director of OC Parks shall constitute grounds for termination of this License. It is expressly understood that this data will be transmitted to governmental agencies charged with the establishment and enforcement of child support orders and will not be used for any other purpose. // // //

At all times during the term of this Lease, Tenant shall comply with all District, State and Federal reporting requirements for child support enforcement and comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment. 19.6.2. In order for Tenant to comply with County of Orange requirements, Tenant shall deliver to Chief Real Estate Officer the required data and certifications, as shown in Exhibit D attached hereto concurrent with the execution of this Lease by District. 19.6.3. Failure of Tenant to comply with all County, State, and Federal reporting requirements for child support enforcement, or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this Lease. Failure to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of Xxxxxx’s receipt of written notice from District of such breach by Tenant shall constitute grounds for termination of this Lease.

At all times during the term of this Lease, Tenant shall comply with all County, State and Federal reporting requirements for child support enforcement and comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment. 18.6.2. In order for Tenant to comply with County of Orange requirements, Tenant shall deliver to Chief Real Estate Officer the required data and certifications, as shown in Exhibit E attached hereto concurrent with the execution of this Lease by District. 18.6.3. Failure of Tenant to comply with all County, State, and Federal reporting requirements for child support enforcement, or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment, after the notice and cure periods provided in this Lease for nonmonetary obligations, shall constitute a material breach of this Lease.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. A. At all times during the term of this Lease and if applicable, Lessee shall comply with all District, State and Federal reporting requirements for child support enforcement and comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment. B. If applicable, in order for Lessee to comply with County of Orange requirements, Lessee shall deliver to Chief Real Estate Officer the required data and certifications. C. If applicable, failure of Lessee to comply with all County, State, and Federal reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of this Lease. Failure to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of Xxxxxx’s receipt of written notice from District of such breach by Lessee shall be a breach of this Lease.
