Childcare Reimbursement. Where Employees are required by the Employer to work outside their ordinary rostered hours of work and where less than 24 hour’s notice of the requirement to perform such overtime work has been given by the Employer, other than recall when rostered on-call, the Employee will be reimbursed for reasonable childcare expenses incurred.
