Chronic Communicable Diseases. A. An employee who has been exposed to or who contracts a chronic communicable disease shall be treated no differently than an employee with any other medical disability and will be provided the full protection of Federal and/or State law. No employee shall be subjected to random testing for chronic communicable disease.
