CITY Clean-Up Service. The CONTRACTOR, in response to a request from the Contract Administrator at least thirty (30) days in advance, shall provide collection vehicles, Containers and staff necessary for temporary clean-up programs at a centralized collection site, including but not limited to organized Xxxxxx River and Pinenut Mountain area clean-ups. The CONTRACTOR shall transport and deliver the collected materials to the disposal facility, the materials recovery facility, or such other facility as is appropriate for the disposition of the materials and approved by the Contract Administrator.

CITY Clean-Up Service. ‌ “CITY Clean-up Service” means the Collection of Solid Waste, Green Waste, Recyclable Materials and Bulky Items by the CONTRACTOR resulting from written or verbal requests from the CITY for temporary clean-up programs at a centralized collection site. Such service shall include the provision of Bins or Roll-Off Boxes by the CONTRACTOR and the transport and delivery of the Collected materials to the appropriate Approved Facility.

CITY Clean-Up Service. The CONTRACTOR, in response to a request from the Contract Administrator at least thirty (30) days in advance, shall provide collection vehicles, Containers and staff necessary for temporary clean-up programs at centralized collection sites. The City may select up to four (4) events each Contract Year, and the events may include but shall not be limited to Xxxxxx River and Pinenut Mountain area clean-ups. Events may include up to three (3) locations per event for eight (8) hours per location per event. A minimum of two (2) 30-CY boxes for solid waste and (1) 30 CY box for recyclables will be provided at each location at the start of each event and will be serviced throughout the day. The CONTRACTOR shall transport and deliver the collected materials to the disposal facility, the materials recovery facility, or such other facility as is appropriate for the disposition of the materials and approved by the Contract Administrator.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments.   • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

  • WASHINGTON’S STATEWIDE PAYEE DESK Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, which registration is a condition to payment.

  • Evaluation Cycle: Formative Assessment A) A specific purpose for evaluation is to promote student learning, growth and achievement by providing Educators with feedback for improvement. Evaluators are expected to make frequent unannounced visits to classrooms. Evaluators are expected to give targeted constructive feedback to Educators based on their observations of practice, examination of artifacts, and analysis of multiple measures of student learning, growth and achievement in relation to the Standards and Indicators of Effective Teaching Practice.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • PIPELINE SERVICE FUND The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each hour of work earned and remit it monthly to the Pipeline Service Fund.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.
