Longer Delays May Apply We may delay your ability to withdraw funds deposited by check into your account an additional number of days for these reasons: • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid. • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525 on any one day. • You re-deposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six (6) months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the seventh business day after the day of your deposit.
Plural or Feminine Terms May Apply Whenever the singular or masculine is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as if the plural or feminine has been used where the context of the party or parties hereto so requires.
Facility Security Contractor shall keep all doors locked while working in any buildings on the site. Keys shall not be left in the doors. Contractor shall not admit any person into the building that is not a direct employee of the Contractor and not actively engaged in performance of the Work. Contractor shall restrict access to the areas of the facility not specifically included in this Contract for construction services. The Contractor shall check all windows and doors for proper closure and locking, extinguish all lights except master security lighting, and then reactivate the security system (if applicable) prior to leaving the facility.
