City Policies. The Contractor shall establish rules, regulations and policies for workplace practices that comply with all state, federal and local employment laws. The Contractor shall provide equal opportunity to all its employees and applicants for employment under this Contract without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, national origin, age, disability, or military or veteran status, or any other status or classification protected by applicable federal, state and local laws. This shall apply to all terms and conditions of employment, including but not limited to, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leave of absence, compensation, and training.
City Policies. The Contractor acknowledges familiarity with the City Policies as applicable to this contract and listed below:
(a) The City of Laramie seeks to integrate energy efficiency practices into all aspects of day to day operations, from capital construction to staff behaviors, to ensure economic and environmental sustainability. The City encourages bidder submissions that 1) enhance to efficiency of City projects and ongoing operations, and/or consider all types, including traditional and renewable sources.
(b) Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the State, as provided in W. S. §§ 16-6-101 through 16-6-119.
City Policies. The Contractor acknowledges familiarity with the City Policies as applicable to this contract and listed below:
(a.) The City of Laramie seeks to integrate energy efficiency practices into all aspects of day-to-day operations, from capital construction to staff behaviors, to ensure economic and environmental sustainability. The City seeks to integrate energy efficiency practices into all aspects of day-to-day operations, from capital construction to staff behaviors, to ensure economic and environmental sustainability. The City encourages bidder submissions that 1) enhance to efficiency of City projects and ongoing operations, and/or 2) consider all energy types, including traditional and renewable sources.
(ii). Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the State, as provided in W. S. §§ 16-6-101 through 16-6-119.
City Policies. Buyer certifies that it as individual or member of a corporation or partnership is not now and will not be at Closing in violation of the following City Policies:
i. Delinquent real estate or personal property taxes due the City.
ii. Building or health code violations that are not being actively abated.
iii. Convicted of violating an order of the Department of Neighborhood Services or Health Department within 12 months preceding Closing.
iv. Convicted of a felony crime that affects property or neighborhood stability or safety.
v. Outstanding judgment to the City
vi. In Rem foreclosure by the City within five years preceding Closing. If Buyer is found to violate any of these City Policies, the City shall give Buyer notice to correct this condition by the expiration of the Base Period or Extended Period or other such period as determined by the Commissioner of DCD. If the violation is not corrected within the specified period, this Agreement for Sale may be canceled at the option of the City and the Xxxxxxx Money and renewal fees, if any, shall be retained by the City as liquidated damages.
City Policies. The Employer and the Union require clarity about which City rules and policies, in addition to the Bellingham Fire Department policies and this Agreement, apply to bargaining unit members. If the City proposes a universal City policy (applicable to all City employees including firefighter and paramedics covered by this Agreement), the Employer shall provide the Union draft language prior to finalization. The Employer shall provide a reasonable notice period (not less than 30 days) and opportunity to discuss permissive subjects or to bargain mandatory subjects. This provision does not include policies or procedures that would not ordinarily be discussed with the Union. If the Union does not request discussions or bargaining, the Employer shall apply the adopted City policy to bargaining unit members, unless there are provisions in the Agreement that supersede or contradict such policy. The Union relinquishes no rights to bargain on terms or conditions of employment by this provision, and the Employer waives no management rights.

City Policies. Unless otherwise provided by the terms of this Agreement, the City of Lakewood Administrative, Personnel, and Safety Policies shall apply to members of this bargaining unit. Employees shall refer to City policies to resolve matters not covered by this Agreement. However, where there is a conflict between City policies and any provisions of this Agreement, the provision(s) of this Agreement shall govern.

City Policies. (a) Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Operator will review, familiarize and comply with all the City Policies set forth in Schedule 9 to this Agreement. The Operator acknowledges that the cost of complying with these policies has been included in the Commercial Operations Fee.
(b) If during the term of this Agreement, the City introduces new policies to which the Operator is expected to comply, then Commercial Operations Fee adjustments, if any, will be evaluated in the same way as an Operational Change of Law under Article 3.4 of this Agreement.
