CITY's Insurance. (1) The CITY may maintain property insurance on certain pre-existing structures associated with the PROJECT.
CITY's Insurance. Licensee acknowledges that the City maintains insurance, self-insurance, or equivalent risk management coverage against casualty, property damage, and public liability risks. The City agrees to maintain adequate coverage for public liability risks during the Term and is not required to carry any additional insurance with respect to the License Area or otherwise.
CITY's Insurance. The parties hereto understand that the City is a member of the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) and as such participates in the CIRSA Proper- ty/Casualty Pool. Copies of the CIRSA policies and manual are kept at the City of Aspen Risk Management Department and are available to Professional for inspection during normal business hours. City makes no representations whatsoever with respect to specific coverages offered by CIRSA. City shall provide Professional reasonable notice of any changes in its membership or participation in CIRSA.
CITY's Insurance. City shall maintain commercial general liability insurance with respect to the Common Areas of the Building at least equal to the commercial general liability insurance coverage required to be maintained by RW pursuant to Section 3.07 of this Use Agreement.
CITY's Insurance. Grantor acknowledges and understands that City is self-insured.
CITY's Insurance. The City shall maintain facility, fire, or premises insurance at the same levels as the City maintains for other City facilities utilized by the general public.
CITY's Insurance. City may self-insure or may carry, at its own expense, property damage and public liability insurance for the Pier if and to the extent that City determines in its sole discretion that such insurance is reasonably required. SMPRC and its officers, directors, and employees shall be named insureds under these insurance policies to the same extent that the Councilpersons of the City Council of City are insured.
CITY's Insurance. 9.3.1 City shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining its own liability insurance. Except as set forth below, insurance for claims arising out of the performance of this Agreement may be purchased and maintained at City’s discretion.
CITY's Insurance. (a) The City shall, at its own expense, acquire, carry and maintain broad-form extended coverage property damage insurance with respect to all Equipment in an amount equal to the actual cash value of the Equipment. Such property damage insurance shall include BB&T as loss payee. The City shall provide evidence of such coverage to BB&T promptly upon installation of the Equipment. Any Net Proceeds of the insurance required by this subsection (a) shall be payable as provided in Section 5.14.
