CITY's Insurance. (1) The CITY may maintain property insurance on certain pre-existing structures associated with the PROJECT.
(2) The CITY may secure Builders Risk/Installation insurance at the replacement cost value of the PROJECT. The CITY may provide ENGINEER a copy of the policy or documentation of such on a certificate of insurance.
CITY's Insurance. Licensee acknowledges that the City maintains insurance, self-insurance, or equivalent risk management coverage against casualty, property damage, and public liability risks. The City agrees to maintain adequate coverage for public liability risks during the Term and is not required to carry any additional insurance with respect to the License Area or otherwise.
CITY's Insurance. The parties hereto understand that the City is a member of the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency (CIRSA) and as such participates in the CIRSA Proper- ty/Casualty Pool. Copies of the CIRSA policies and manual are kept at the City of Aspen Risk Management Department and are available to Professional for inspection during normal business hours. City makes no representations whatsoever with respect to specific coverages offered by CIRSA. City shall provide Professional reasonable notice of any changes in its membership or participation in CIRSA.
CITY's Insurance. City shall maintain commercial general liability insurance with respect to the Common Areas of the Building at least equal to the commercial general liability insurance coverage required to be maintained by RW pursuant to Section 3.07 of this Use Agreement.
CITY's Insurance. Grantor acknowledges and understands that City is self-insured.
CITY's Insurance. City may self-insure or may carry, at its own expense, property damage and public liability insurance for the Pier if and to the extent that City determines in its sole discretion that such insurance is reasonably required. SMPRC and its officers, directors, and employees shall be named insureds under these insurance policies to the same extent that the Councilpersons of the City Council of City are insured.
CITY's Insurance. The City shall maintain facility, fire, or premises insurance at the same levels as the City maintains for other City facilities utilized by the general public.
CITY's Insurance. The City shall obtain all necessary property and commercial general liability insurance as may be required in order to protect its insurable interests for its rights and obligations described within this Agreement. Upon final acceptance of the Work, the City shall obtain property insurance for the Work which may be included as part of the City’s self-insurance program.
CITY's Insurance. At City’s expense, the City shall maintain a self-insurance retention in such an amount to afford the City adequate protection of City Hall. Any proceeds of such insurance shall be the sole property of the City to use as the City determines, in its sole discretion.
CITY's Insurance. The City shall maintain property and liability coverage with the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust under standard LMCIT liability coverage forms.
