Common use of Claims Administration Expenses Clause in Contracts

Claims Administration Expenses. (A) BHCP shall be responsible for paying the fees and expenses incurred by the Claims Administrator in administering the Program (the “Administrative Expenses”), except as otherwise expressly set forth in Section 5.05 below. For avoidance of doubt, BHCP shall not be responsible for paying the fees and expenses incurred by the QSF Administrator. (B) Within three (3) Business Days after the end of each full calendar month following the Execution Date, the Claims Administrator shall submit to BHCP, in such form and in such detail as BHCP reasonably from time to time may specify, a report (each an “Expenses Report”), itemizing and certifying a list of all Administrative Expenses incurred during such calendar month.
