Common use of Claims Administration Expenses Clause in Contracts

Claims Administration Expenses. (A) BHCP shall be responsible for paying the fees and expenses incurred by the Claims Administrator in administering the Program (the “Administrative Expenses”), except as otherwise expressly set forth in Section 5.05 below. For avoidance of doubt, BHCP shall not be responsible for paying the fees and expenses incurred by the QSF Administrator.
