Claims Made Policies. If any of the required policies provide coverage on a claims-made basis: 11.5.1 The Retroactive Date must be shown and must be before the date of the contract or the beginning of contract work. 11.5.2 Insurance must be maintained and evidence of insurance must be provided for at least five (5) years after completion of the contract of work. 11.5.3 If coverage is canceled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims-made policy form with a Retroactive Date prior to the contract effective date, the Contractor must purchase “extended reportingcoverage for a minimum of five (5) years after completion of contract work.

Claims Made Policies. The following provisions shall apply to all policies that provide coverage on a claims-made basis: (A) the retroactive date must be shown and must be before the date on which any Services under this Agreement commence; (B) the insurance must be maintained and evidence of insurance must be provided for at least five (5) years after completion of the Project; and (C) if coverage is canceled or not renewed and is not replaced with another claims-made policy with a retroactive date prior to the date on which any Services under this Agreement commence, Consultant must purchase “extended reportingcoverage for a minimum of five (5) years after completion of Project.
Claims Made Policies. If coverage is underwritten on a claims-made basis, the retroactive date for the policy and all renewals shall be coincident with the date of the Agreement and the certificate of insurance shall state that the coverage is claims-made and the retroactive date. Any premiums for this extended reporting period shall be paid by PSP.

The retroactive date must be shown and must be before the date of the contract or the beginning of contract work. ii. Contractor must provide a copy of its insurance policies to Owner within seventy- two (72) hours of any request. v. A copy of the claims reporting requirements must be submitted to the Owner for review.

Engineer shall obtain or maintain full prior acts coverage at least to the effective date of this Agreement in the event of a carrier or policy change.
