Common use of Claims Under Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Claims Under Indemnity. In claims against Owner indemnified under this Article by an employee of Professional , anyone directly or indirectly employed by Professional or anyone for whose acts Professional may be liable, the indemnification obligation under this Article shall not be limited by a limitation on amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for Professional under workers’ compensation acts, disability benefit acts or other employee benefit acts, nor shall the indemnification obligation be limited by the existence of any insurance policy.
