CLASS OVERLOAD. (6th HOUR) Teachers who undertake the instruction of additional classes beyond their 1.0 FTE are deemed to be teaching an overload. To ensure consistency, these classes will be defined as those receiving a grade, having a roster of students where attendance is taken, comprising content consistent with a full semester course, and filling an instructional need within the school. 1. Overload classes respond to an academic need or the students at the school that would otherwise be filled by an additional member oft he bargaining unit. 2. Teachers must have appropriate licensure to teach the course. 3. Teachers will receive no additional benefits from the District (e.g. Prorated Leave, Prorated Seniority) aside from compensation (i.e. Salary, PERA, Medicare) when teaching an overload. The Principal has the final decision-making ability to offer an overload class to a teacher. Acceptance of an overload class is purely voluntary and at the discretion of the teacher. 5. Teachers agreeing to accept an overload class part- way through a semester (e.g. to cover maternity leave or early registration) will be compensated for all remaining days of the semester at their daily rate. 6. Teachers accepting an overload assignment agree to complete a form from Human Resources in order to separately track these individuals for appropriate payment. 7. Compensation for an overload class will be paid in a lump sum on December 1 or June 1 of the semester in which the teacher has taught the course. The teacher will receive a rate of 0.1 FTE per class per semester. 8. A maximum of one overload class per semester may be taught.
CLASS OVERLOAD. In the event an Instructional Staff member is scheduled to teach an additional content class over X, where X is the number of content classes an academic teacher is normally scheduled to teach, the Instructional Staff member shall be entitled to a class overload stipend.

  • Overload A regular employee who works an overload in a given year shall receive no less than either: (a) the pro-rata salary for the overload based on the Provincial Salary Scale or the secondary scale on which the employee is placed or (b) a reduction of workload in a subsequent year that is commensurate with the amount of the overload. The conditions governing overloads are as set out in the regular employee’s local collective agreement, subject to the above provision.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Structural 3.4.1. Layout structural systems with dimensions and floor elevations. Identify structural systems (including pre-cast, structural steel with composite deck, structural steel bar joists); with preliminary sizing identified. 3.4.2.   • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.
