Classes of Members; Voting. At an annual or special meeting called for that purpose, the Members may from time to time establish classes or groups of Members. One or more of the Members' groups or classes may have certain expressed relative rights, powers, and duties, including voting rights, to be established at the time when the classes or groups are created, with seniority granted to one or more class or group as designated by the Members.
