Clauses 7 Sample Clauses

Clauses 7. 3.1 to 7.3.6 are without prejudice to the application of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 to any Confidential Information.

Clauses 7. 7.2 to 7.7.5 apply to Introductory, Secure and Flexible tenancies.

Clauses 7. 02 and 7.03 shall apply to the calculation of interest on amounts in default.

Clauses 7. 5 and 8.6 of this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement.

Clauses 7. 1.1, 7.1.2(ii), 7.1.3(ii), 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of this Agreement shall terminate at such time following it first becoming effective when either (a) the Gazit Investors collectively directly or indirectly or (b) the CPI CEE Investors collectively directly or indirectly, hold legal or beneficial interests in less than 10,000,000 XXX Shares.

Clauses 7. 3 and 7.4 do not apply in the event of a series of losses.
