Clean and Disinfect. Completely clean and disinfect all surfaces of sinks, toilet bowls, urinals, lavatories, showers, shower mats, dispensers, plumbing fixtures, partitions, dispensers, doors, walls, and other such surfaces, using a germicidal detergent. After cleaning, receptacles shall be free of deposits, dirt, streaks, and odors.
