CLEMIS Advisory Committee Officers. Every July, the CLEMIS Advisory Committee shall elect a Chairperson by majority vote. The Chairperson shall select and appoint a Co- Chairperson. The CLEMIS Division Manager shall serve as Executive Secretary to the CLEMIS Advisory Committee. The Executive Secretary shall prepare the agenda for CLEMIS Advisory Committee meetings. Prior to each meeting, the Chairperson and the Executive Secretary shall review the contents of each agenda.
