Client Data Reports. The Subrecipient shall furnish reports, to the Grantee, which include, but may not be limited to the following: a. Client Data Reports submitted monthly to Grantee. b. Client Data Summary Reports submitted monthly to Grantee. c. Employee Data Reports submitted monthly to Grantee. d. Performance Report submitted at the end of Agreement period. Monthly reports shall be submitted within fifteen (15) working days of the end of the reporting periods. The performance report is due within thirty (30) working days after the end of the Agreement period. Reports shall be submitted in the format provided by Grantee.
