Client License. Client hereby grants Betty Blocks an unlimited license to distribute, store, forward or copy all materials supplied by Client on Betty Blocks' systems, in a manner deemed appropriate by Betty Blocks, but solely to the extent this is reasonably required for the purpose of Betty Blocks' fulfilment of the Agreement.
Client License. Client hereby grants to Xxxxxx Beaumont a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use the Client Content solely in connection with performing the Xxxxxx Beaumont Services described herein and otherwise carrying out its obligations hereunder, including without limitation, the right to distribute, reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform the Client Content in and on the Web Site.
Client License. Upon execution of this Agreement and payment of the initial set up and development fees outlined in Exhibit B, Client shall be granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and promote the Unity Platform throughout the term of this Agreement. Each Subscriber shall be granted an individual license to access and use the Unity Platform as outlined herein.

Web browser access may be used in addition to access via Info Desktop client software. Provided one copy of "client" (but not "server") components of Crystal Info 6.0 is installed only on the permanent memory of a single desktop computer, and that computer is used by one authorized End User at least 80% of the time the computer is in use, that same end user may make one copy of such client components to use on a portable or home computer primarily used by such authorized End User.

Under this license, You are authorized to install the License Key for the Software on Your server and to allow the specific number of Concurrent Users as ordered by You and is set forth in Your Ordering Documentation. A separate license is required for each additional Concurrent User. • Evaluation License. Extreme may make certain Licensed Materials available to You in object code solely for evaluation, training or other non-commercial purposes without charging a fee, during a limited (e.g., 30 day) time period (“Evaluation License”). All the terms of this Agreement shall apply to an Evaluation License, except that (i) Extreme does not assume any liability arising from Your use of an Evaluation License and (ii) You may not publish any results of benchmark tests run under an Evaluation License without first obtaining Extreme’s written approval.
Client License. The FHIR App may only be used in conjunction with the Associated MedInformatix Software. Client shall ensure that each of its authorized users fully complies with its end-user license agreement to the fullest extent they apply to Client. Client may not assign Client ’s agreement with Developer to a third party except to the extent Client is permitted to assign Client’s applicable agreement with MedInformatix or the applicable MedInformatix reseller.

During the Term of this Agreement, Client hereby grants to Scope a non- exclusive, non-sublicenseable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform the Content only on or in conjunction with Client’s Website. Client grants no rights other than explicitly granted herein, and Scope shall not exceed the scope of its license.
Client License upon the receipt of payment by Domain7 of all Fees in respect of the Work Product, Domain7 will grant to Client a nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use the Work Product for Client’s business purposes as contained in the Deliverables, including, for greater certainty, the ability to modify, improve, enhance or reduce the Work Product.
