Client License. Client hereby grants Betty Blocks an unlimited license to distribute, store, forward or copy all materials supplied by Client on Betty Blocks’ systems, in a manner deemed appropriate by Betty Blocks, but solely to the extent this is reasonably required for the purpose of Betty Blocks’ fulfilment of the Agreement.
Client License. Client hereby grants to Xxxxxx Beaumont a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use the Client Content solely in connection with performing the Xxxxxx Beaumont Services described herein and otherwise carrying out its obligations hereunder, including without limitation, the right to distribute, reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform the Client Content in and on the Web Site.
Client License. Upon execution of this Agreement and payment of the initial set up and development fees outlined in Exhibit B, Client shall be granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and promote the Unity Platform throughout the term of this Agreement. Each Subscriber shall be granted an individual license to access and use the Unity Platform as outlined herein.
Client License. Client hereby grants to WildCard a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use the Client Content solely in connection with performing the Services described herein and otherwise carrying out its obligations hereunder, including without limitation, the right to distribute, reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform the Client Content in and on the Web Site.
Client License. Provided the total number of copies used or -------------- installed at any one time does not exceed the number of licenses purchased or UUIDs authorized(as set forth in End User's Client License pack) End User may use the Client License (including the stated components) to view, schedule and analyze existing reports as follows:
(a) End User may install Info Server, Info Administrator, Info Views, Info APS, Sentinel, Info Analyzer, Info OLAP Server and Info Desktop (except that End User may not schedule cubes) on one or more computers under End User's control, and (b) End User may install the Info WebAccess Server on one or more web servers to provide access by authorized End Users via web browser; except that any End User who is not licensed to use the OLAP Add-In License may not access or use the Info Worksheet for Java component. Web browser access may be used in addition to access via Info Desktop client software. Provided one copy of "client" (but not "server") components of Crystal Info 6.0 is installed only on the permanent memory of a single desktop computer, and that computer is used by one authorized End User at least 80% of the time the computer is in use, that same end user may make one copy of such client components to use on a portable or home computer primarily used by such authorized End User.
Client License. Client hereby grants Xxxxx Xxxxxx an unlimited license to distribute, store, forward or copy all materials supplied by Client on Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ systems, in a manner deemed appropriate by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, but solely to the extent this is reasonably required for the purpose of Xxxxx Xxxxxx’ fulfilment of the Agreement.
Client License. Under this license, You are authorized to install the License Key for the Software on Your server and to allow the specific number of Concurrent Users as ordered by You and is set forth in Your Ordering Documentation. A separate license is required for each additional Concurrent User. Evaluation License. Extreme may make certain Licensed Materials available to You in object code solely for evaluation, training or other non-commercial purposes without charging a fee, during a limited (e.g., 30 day) time period (“Evaluation License”). All the terms of this Agreement shall apply to an Evaluation License, except that (i) Extreme does not assume any liability arising from Your use of an Evaluation License and (ii) You may not publish any results of benchmark tests run under an Evaluation License without first obtaining Extreme’s written approval.
Client License. 1. Xxxxxx provides the Services as a multiple seat license for Client use (“Client License”) through which Client may authorize individual users to access, download, install, or use the Services (each an “Authorized User”). Client may use the Services specified in the applicable SOW to allow download, installation, access, and use of such Services on the number of devices and for the term set forth in the applicable SOW.
2. Client may not permit a greater number Authorized Users to install or use the Services than the number of seats or above the access limit specified in the applicable Statement of Work. Xxxxxx and simultaneous use of the same seat by multiple Authorized Users is not permitted. Multiple individual users using a shared single email address will be treated as multiple authorized users.
3. The Client may, at its option, purchase additional seats or increase Client’s Service access limits to accommodate additional authorized users at the price stated in the applicable SOW. Xxxxxx shall invoice Client for additional fees and costs for additional seats or access limit increase and such amount is due and payable as stated on the invoice. If such additional fees and costs are incurred by Client part way through the initial term or any renewal period (as applicable), Xxxxxx will carry out a true- up exercise and invoice the customer accordingly.
Client License. A valid Client License subscription is required to activate the License and to access and use the Software. Once activated, the License allows the installation of the Software on an unlimited number of Managed Computers, but the number of Technicians authorized to access and use the Software on a Client Computer will vary according to the type of Client License purchased, as described below:
Client License. Client hereby grants to Provider a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, discuss and digitally perform the Work Product on any platform, device, service, website, or means of communications that may be used by Provider to promote and market Provider’s services after Acceptance of Project. Client grants no rights other than those explicitly granted herein, and Provider shall not exceed the scope of this limited license.
