BOCC does this from time to time to monitor the quality of service and accuracy of information our employees give to you, and to ensure that our employees accurately follow your instructions. Client service is not authorized to waive any provision of this Agreement.
Client Service. Proposer shall commit to quality customer service that is demonstrated on a daily basis in maintaining and continually improving customer services processes, while also initiating and maintaining close relationships with show management, exhibitors, event contractors and the City.
Client Service. The parties acknowledge that the long-term survival and commercial viability of QBuild Cleaning Services is dependent on the satisfaction of clients and their continued need for its services. This will be achieved only through QBuild’s commitment to continuous improvement by monitoring and reviewing current procedures. QBuild’s Client Service Survey determines the level of client satisfaction associated with cleaning services and products, and assists in developing business improvement strategies. The parties recognise that all cleaning staff, as a service provider, have a direct relationship to client satisfaction results and as such, are central in ensuring the clients’ needs are met.
Client Service. It is recognized that it is Client's obligation to service its customers' needs. However, Company will assist Client by providing the following services:
1. National 800 service for use by Client or Client's customers.
2. Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) assistance to Client or Client's customers. Company will supply the necessary forms and directions and assist the borrower in filing the application.
3. Company will assist Client's customers in finding an agent to write flood insurance.
4. Advise the Client's customers or Client on ways to lower the flood premium within the context of investor/lender parameters and regulator requirements. 5. Company will supply free re-checks on disputed determinations.
Client Service. It is recognized that it is Clients' obligation to service its customers needs. However, Company will assist Client by providing the following services at no additional charge:
1. National 800 service for use by Client or Client's customers.

Company will supply free re-checks on disputed determinations. 6. Company will provide Client with educational seminars on NFIP Compliance and will answer Client's NFIP Compliance questions.
Client Service. To maintain a professional and empathetic approach and provide information and assistance to clients, carers, other service providers, organisations and the community consistent with AWH values. • Regularly review own work practices to ensure continuous improvement in customer service. • To comply with the AWH Code of Conduct. • At all times promote good interpersonal relationships both within and outside the organisation. • To communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. • To attend Dental service meetings as required and work in conjunction with other staff to achieve common goals. • Willingly undertake training and work across administration service positions within Dental services. • To manage the workload distribution between all components of administrative roles. • Ability to support and train new employees in facets of administrative functions. • To perform other duties in keeping with the professional and administrative responsibilities of Dental Services by mutual agreement with the Program Manager and Senior Dental Officer.
Client Service. (a) From the Commencement Date, in respect of the Badged PIP and the Badged PRP, Aviva agrees to:
(i) provide use of a Badged Help Line, which is a telephone assistance service providing information (but not nancial advice) to Clients, and provide such assistance using the Badged Help Line as soon as practicable after request;
(ii) provide a separate local call charge telephone number in connection with the Badged Help Line for the assistance of Clients; and . de a postal address for receipt of ap,QlicatiQns_for.. the Badged Products from Clients.
(b) From the Commencement Date, the Badged Protectionfirst and Wealth Protection will be administered through the client services provided by Aviva for Protection rst and Navigator Wealth Protection.
