If I do not communicate or cooperate, Legal Aid may stop representing me and seek a court order to withdraw if necessary. The Legal Services to be provided are free of charge. Legal Aid may stop representing me if I do not provide complete and accurate income information or if I fail to tell Legal Aid if my income changes. I am responsible for court costs and may be required to advance these costs. If Legal Aid incurs cost to handle my case, it may recover its cost out of any recovery awarded. If I have claims that include statutory attorney fees, Legal Aid may seek and recover those fees from any award granted by the court. I have the right to ask and know what is happening in the case and my lawyer will consult with me before taking any action that may significantly affect the case. All information I provide is confidential and will not be released without my express consent except (1) as necessary during the course of representation, (2) as required by the Rules of Professional Conduct, (3) for Legal Aid grant reporting requirements and funding proposals, and (4) as anonymous “Success Stories” on the agency website. Disclosures in grant reports, funding proposals, and “Success Stories” will not include information that could identify myself or my family and will be as limited as possible. CLIENT’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Clients understand that the CCRC process is based upon good faith negotiations between the Clients. The Clients understand that each has the right to express his and her own concerns, thoughts, and opinions to the CCRC, free from interruption and/or intimidation from the other. Inflammatory language, foul language, and name-calling shall be avoided. No ex parte communication shall be allowed, either with the parties or their attorneys except for purposes of scheduling or procedural issues. All information shall be presented to the CCRC with both parties present, either orally or in writing, with copies to the CCRC and the other Client.

CLIENT’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The length of therapy is greatly determined by each situation. The goal is to resolve the issues that brought you in as thoroughly and quickly as possible. Initially, most appointments are scheduled every week or every other week. It is your right to discontinue treatment any time you feel it is in your best interest to do so. It is the Counselor, Pastor, Counseling Training Students ethical responsibility to end counseling when it is reasonably clear that you are no longer benefiting from treatment. • I understand that while I am physically at NewDay Center I will help maintain other people’s privacy by refraining from taking pictures or making recordings of any kind. I will also silence my phone while in session. This will help me make the most of my session. • I understand that after 60 consecutive days of not attending sessions of any type, my file will be closed. I understand that I am free at any point to contact NewDay Center to restart counseling and have the file reopened. • I understand that, due to a number of factors, my Counselor, Pastor, Counseling Training Student may occasionally need to start my session a few minutes later than scheduled. If I have been waiting for 10 minutes, I am encouraged to check in with (if attending in-person) or call (if teletherapy) the Counseling Center receptionist • I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late to my session, my Counselor, Pastor, Counseling Training Student may not be able to see me that day, and I will need to reschedule. • I understand that if I transfer to a new counselor, Pastoral Counselor or Counselor in Training, they will receive my old file.

Failure to communicate or cooperate will result in Legal Aid ending this representation agreement. I understand that the legal services to be provided are free of charge and Legal Aid may no longer be able to represent me should my financial circumstances change or if I have not provided accurate information. Legal Aid may disclose limited information about my case for the purposes of reporting to funders or obtaining grants. All personal identifying information regarding myself and my family will be removed from the disclosure. CLIENT’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Client has no rights to or ownership of any Content until they have accepted the order through the Website interface and funds are removed for that order. When the Client confirms the purchase of the Content, it is not possible to cancel the payment at this stage. Clients reserve the right to cancel an order if the Writer fails to deliver the Content by its due date without receiving a deadline extension from the Client in a written form. After a Transaction is final and the Content is purchased, the Content cannot be sold, shared, marketed, distributed on any offline and online platform by neither the Writer nor Writecaliber.
