Closeout Reports. The Sub-grantee must submit to the Grantee a closeout report documenting the final expenses charged to this contract. The closeout report forms will be provided by the Grantee. The closeout report shall be submitted within forty-five (45) days of the Contract termination. Any unexpended funds must be returned to the Grantee with the final closeout report. If the funds are not returned, subsequent advances will be withheld until the prior year's unexpended funds are received by the Grantee.

Closeout Reports. 9.24.2.1 Within thirty (30) days before the end of each FY, Contractor shall complete and submit a mandatory Closeout Report in the form and manner designated by County. The Closeout Report shall include the reporting of expenses and accruals incurred through the last day of the FY. County will notify Contractor of the deadline for submission of the Closeout Report.
Closeout Reports. The SEP Recipient/Administrator shall submit these reports to CARB within thirty (30) calendar days of completing the SEP and must certify under penalty of perjury the completion of the SEP in accordance with terms of this SEP Agreement. The Closeout Report outline can be found in Attachment 5, and MUST include the Final Expense Report showing that all of the funds have been expended. Supporting documents must be included (i.e. receipts, paid invoices, travel logs, time reports, and any other supporting documents with CARB approval.)

To demonstrate Lessee’s compliance with obligations and requirements of this Lease, Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide a Final Physical Condition Report and the EBS Reports (each as herein after defined and collectively referred to as, the “Closeout Reports”). In the event that the Closeout Reports identify a physical or environmental condition on or at the Leased Premises and/or the Access Area(s) arising or due to the actions or inactions of Lessee, its employees, agents, contractors, licensees, or invitees or otherwise their use and occupancy of the Leased Premises, Lessee shall (at its sole cost and expense) promptly undertake and pursue diligently to completion any remedial measures required by the Government or any governmental authority having jurisdiction.

Closeout Reports. At the conclusion of the Project, the CM shall prepare final project accounting, closeout reports and all closeout documentation including but not limited to: Consent of Surety; final Certificate and Release of Liens; Operation and Maintenance Manuals; Warranties; Resolution of Allowances; Resolution of Shared Contingency; Certificates of Occupancy; Permits and Final Inspection approvals for planning and zoning, stormwater, floodplain approvals/acceptance and all other authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) final approvals.
