CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The EMPLOYER agrees that in the event a performance shall be concluded after 11:30 P.M. or if the performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from Curtain Time, each ARTIST shall be compensated at the rate of one-half the hourly Overtime Rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof during which the ARTIST is required to perform after 11:30 P.M. or in excess of three (3) hours from seven (7) minutes past advertised Curtain Time or the beginning of the music of the first (1st) dance piece whichever occurs first. However, if the conclusion of the performance was delayed by circumstances as outlined in Paragraph 44. (Force Majeure or similar circumstances), the EMPLOYER shall not be liable for the compensation outlined above. If there is an unusual curtain time (i.e., curtain time which occurs after 8:30 PM) the 11:30 PM limitations shall not apply.
CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The EMPLOYER agrees that in the event a performance shall be concluded after 11:30pm or if the performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from curtain time, each ARTIST shall be compensated at the rate of one-half (1/2) the hourly overtime rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof during which the ARTIST is required to perform after 11:30pm or in excess of three (3) hours from seven (7) minutes past advertised curtain time or the beginning of the music of the first (1st) dance piece whichever occurs first. However, if the conclusion of the performance was delayed by circumstances as outlined in Paragraph 53 (Force Majeure or similar circumstances), the EMPLOYER shall not be liable for the compensation outlined above.
CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The EMPLOYER agrees that in the event a performance shall conclude after 11:00 P.M. or if the performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from actual Curtain Time, as determined by the Stage Manager, each performing ARTIST shall be compensated at the Overtime Rate for each quarter- hour or fraction thereof. However, if the conclusion of the performance was delayed by circumstances outlined in Paragraph 56 (Force Majeure or similar circumstances), the EMPLOYER shall not be liable for such Overtime compensation.
CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE. 20.01 The Engager agrees that if a performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from the scheduled curtain time, the Artist shall be compensated at the appropriate half-hourly rate during which the Artist is required to perform.
20.02 The time at which the Artist is released will be considered the end of the performance for the Artist. In the event that the Artist's release time runs past three (3) hours (or 11:30 p.m., whichever is earlier), the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at Rate 1 of Rule 13.01(D). In the event that curtain calls extend beyond three (3) hours (or 11:30 p.m.), one (1) required full company call immediately following the fall of the final curtain shall not in itself constitute an additional service.
20.03 A picture call shall not be considered a curtain call and shall not in itself constitute an additional service. Dancers must remain on stage until released by Stage Management. If Artists performing Principal or Soloist roles do not wish to take their opera calls, they must notify the responsible Stage Manager before the start of the final act of final ballet.
CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE. 23.01 The Engager agrees that if a performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from the scheduled curtain time, the Artist shall be compensated at the appropriate quarter (1/4) hour rate or fraction thereof during which the Artist is required to perform.
23.02 The time at which the Artist is released will be considered the end of the performance for the Artist. In the event that the Artist's release time runs past three (3) hours, or 23:30, the Artist will be paid the quarter (1/4) hour overtime rate. In the event that curtain calls extend beyond three (3) hours, or 23:30, one (1) required full company call immediately following the fall of the final curtain shall not in itself constitute overtime.
23.03 A picture call (tableau) shall not be considered a curtain call and shall not in itself constitute overtime. Dancers must remain on stage until released by Stage Management.
CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The EMPLOYER agrees that in the event a performance shall be concluded after 11:30 P.M. or if the performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from curtain time or if the ARTIST is required to remain at the place of performance beyond 11:30 p.m. because transportation was not provided, each ARTIST shall be compensated at the time and one-half the hourly rehearsal rate in one half hour segments for each half-hour or fraction thereof during which the ARTIST is required to perform or remain in the theater after 11:30 p.m. or in excess of three (3) hours from curtain time provided, however, that if the conclusion of the performance was delayed by circumstances as outlined in Paragraph 62. (Force Majeure or similar circumstances), the EMPLOYER shall not be liable for the compensation outlined above. In the event a performance in an out-door theater is delayed because of inclement weather, the EMPLOYER agrees to compensate the ARTISTS at the applicable rate for any performance going beyond three (3) hours past published curtain time. It is further agreed that when the Company performs outside City of Origination the EMPLOYER will exert best efforts in shortening the length of performances on tour not to exceed two and one-half (2-1/2) hours, including intermissions.
CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The Employer agrees that in the event a performance shall be concluded after 11:30 p.m. or if the performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from curtain time, each Artist shall be compensated at the rate of one-half (½) the hourly overtime rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof during which the Artist is required to perform after 11:30 p.m. or in excess of three (3) hours from curtain time, provided, however, that if the conclusion of the performance was delayed by circumstances as described in Paragraph 68 (Force Majeure or similar circumstances), the Employer shall not be liable for the compensation outlined above.
CLOSING TIME OF PERFORMANCE.
(a) The EMPLOYER agrees that in the event a performance shall be concluded (final curtain down) after 11:30 p.m. or if the performance exceeds three (3) hours in length from Curtain Time, each ARTIST shall be compensated at the rate of one- half the hourly Overtime Rate for each half-hour or fraction thereof during which the ARTIST is required to perform after 11:30 pm. or in excess of three (3) hours from seven (7) minutes past advertised Curtain Time or the beginning of the music of the first (1st) dance piece, whichever occurs first. However, if the conclusion of the performance was delayed by circumstances as outlined in Paragraph 27 (Force Majeure or similar circumstances), the EMPLOYER shall not be liable for the compensation outlined above.
(b) The EMPLOYER may ask for up to two volunteer ARTISTS following any given performance that falls within the restricted three-hour time period to participate in a question and answer talk back with the audience in which the ARTIST has the right to refuse.

However, if the conclusion of the performance was delayed by circumstances as outlined in Section 19.G (Force Majeure or similar circumstances), the Employer shall not be liable for the compensation outlined above.
