Clothing Maintenance Payments. A. Full-time AOC employees serving in the titles outlined below will receive an annual clothing maintenance payment. Such payment shall be in the amount of $650 for those employees who have completed at least 12 months of service in an eligible title as of July 1 of each year (for the term of this contract). Employees who have completed less than 12 months of service in an eligible title but at least 6 months of service in an eligible title as of July 1 shall receive a payment in the amount of $325. Part-time employees will receive the appropriate pro-rata share.
Clothing Maintenance Payments. (a) Full-time AOC employees serving in the titles outlined below will receive an annual clothing maintenance payment increase of $25 per year (Currently $550).
Clothing Maintenance Payments. Members who have less than six months seniority but will be likely to serve more than six months in the current year will receive $150.00 clothing maintenance payment on March 1st of the current year. Effective in 2015, all other members shall receive an annual clothing maintenance payment of six hundred fifty dollars ($600.00 $650) on March 1st of each year. This clothing maintenance allowance shall be prorated for retirees.
