Common use of Cloud Services License Clause in Contracts

Cloud Services License. We grant You and Your Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right, limited to the Term, to authorize individuals solely within Your and Your Affiliates’ organization to access the Cloud Services during the term of a Services Order but only for Your own internal business purposes and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the applicable Cloud Services Schedule, the Documentation and the terms associated with the specific Services Order.
