CM-INITIATED TERMINATION. 16.2.1 CM may terminate this Agreement for cause if University fails to cure a material default in performance within a period of 30 days, or such longer period as CM may allow, after receipt from CM of a written termination notice specifying the default in performance. In the event of termination for cause by CM, University will pay CM in accordance with subparagraph 16.
