Coastal Boundary Survey. A coastal boundary survey will be performed by a Licensed State Land Surveyor to delineate the boundary of submerged lands for the purposes of delineating GLO mineral rights. The survey will be performed in accordance with Section 33.136, Natural Resources Code, for the purpose of evidencing location of the shoreline in the area depicted in this survey as the shoreline that existed before commencement of erosion response activity. The line depicted on the survey fixes the shoreline for the purpose of locating a shoreline boundary, subject to erosion landward as approved by section 33.136. An initial discussion with the survey division of GLO will be scheduled to determine if there are any other issues at the site. An on the ground survey will then be completed to determine the boundary. The appropriate coastal boundary lines will be calculated, and preliminary plat and report compiled. Provider will meet with the GLO as required for final submission of the plat and report. Note that the Coastal Boundary Survey is anticipated to be conducted after submission of permit application and receipt of public comments, when the timeline for permitting and project completion is more certain.

Coastal Boundary Survey. If a coastal boundary survey is required in connection with the Project, the coastal boundary survey must be performed in accordance Texas Natural Resources Code § 33.136. For surveys of tracts on or adjacent to Gulf beaches, maps, surveys, and profiles shall not delineate or map vegetation, the line of vegetation, or the landward boundary of the public beach. Such maps, surveys, and profiles must not include any mention of the location of the line of vegetation or the boundary of the public beach. For any work funded in whole or part by funds under the Contract, vegetation, the line of vegetation, and/or the landward boundary of the public beach may only be mapped, delineated, or described with specific, prior written authorization from the GLO. The coastal boundary survey, as well as surveys of land as described in Section 9.02(b), above, must contain the following statement: “This survey does not, nor is it intended to be used to, identify, delineate, or fix the line of vegetation or the landward boundary of the public beach.”
Coastal Boundary Survey. REV 2 The Coastal Boundary Survey (CBS) along the shoreline of Swan Lake will consist of research and consultation with GLO prior to fieldwork.   • Survey Buyer may obtain a survey of the Property before the Closing to assure that there are no defects, encroachments, overlaps, boundary line or acreage disputes, or other such matters, that would be disclosed by a survey ("Survey Problems"). The cost of the survey shall be paid by the Buyer. Not later than business days prior to the Closing, Buyer shall notify Seller of any Survey Problems which shall be deemed to be a defect in the title to the Property. Seller shall be required to remedy such defects within business days and prior to the Closing. If Seller does not or cannot remedy any such defect(s), Buyer shall have the option of canceling this Agreement, in which case the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned to Buyer.
