Codemasters Share Option Schemes. 8.1 The provisions of Schedule 2 shall apply in respect of the Codemasters Share Option Schemes. 8.2 Each of the parties agrees that if the Acquisition is implemented by way of the Scheme, the timetable for its implementation shall be fixed so far as is possible so as to enable options and awards under the relevant Codemasters Share Option Schemes which provide for exercise and/or vesting upon the sanction of the Scheme by the Court to be exercised or vest in sufficient time to enable the resulting Codemasters Shares to be bound by the Scheme on the same terms as Codemasters Shares held by Codemasters Shareholders.
