Codes and Permits a) The interconnection Customer shall be responsible for procuring all building, operating, and environmental permits that are required by any governmental authority having jurisdiction for the type of generating facility and for the necessary ancillary structures to be installed, if any.

Codes and Permits. Following execution of this Agreement, in the event that a building department or other government agency subsequently requires work to be performed by XXXXXXX which is not specifically referred to in this Agreement, or in the event that XXXXXXX discovers work which requires remedial repair, XXXXXXX will advise Customer of any changes and perform pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement. If a building or additional permit is required for this project, XXXXXXX will not commence work until the required permit is secured regardless of which party is responsible for securing it.
