Cogenerator’s Coordination Responsibilities. The NCEP will be located at the NCWRP site on the north of and adjacent to the Cogenerator’s NCCF leasehold. The maximum gross electrical output of the expansion will be 1600 kW. Miramar landfill gas (LFG) sold by NEO San Diego LLC (Gas Producer) to the City will be used to fuel the NCEP. The City will supply the Cogenerator with any NCWRP and NCEP drawings needed for the Cogenerator’s assistance with NCEP design input, detailed design review and construction coordination. The Cogenerator will supply current NCCF drawings for the City’s use in developing the NCEP design and confirm that the NCEP drawings are current, to the best of its knowledge.
