Collateral Agent May Enforce Claims. All rights of action and claims under this Agreement and the other Security Documents may be prosecuted and enforced by the Collateral Agent; provided that the Collateral Agent is also hereby appointed as agent for the other Secured Parties for the purposes of protecting their interests in and to any portion of the Collateral and under the Security Documents, and the Collateral Agent shall take such action solely as agent for the Secured Parties.
