Collection Fee. During the period from and including the Effective Date to and including the Termination Date, the Borrowers will pay to the Agent for its own account on the first day of each month an amount of interest computed at the Effective Interest Rate applicable to Prime Rate Revolving Credit Loans on each remittance received by the Agent against Receivables (as contemplated by SECTION 8.1 hereof) during the preceding month, from the close of business on the date of receipt of each such remittance until the close of business on the second Business Day following the receipt of the remittance, as compensation for delays in the collection and clearance of checks and other remittances.
Collection Fee. If you do not fulfill your one-year contract obligation, you will be subject to a collection fee of $75 . All collections will be directed to finance systems of Toledo Incorporated, 000X Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xxxx x Xxxxxx Xxxx 000X0 phone 000-000-0000.
Collection Fee. The PARTIES agree that for any breach of the payment obligations by the CLIENT in the terms agreed in this Contract, the collection of a $ 200.00 (Two Hundred Pesos 00/100 MN) plus VAT fixed Collection Fee is established, which should be covered in the next payment In the event of judicial requisition of the amounts owed, related to the breach of this contract, the CLIENT undertakes to pay unilaterally additional to the Collection Fee, the costs and related judicial costs, as well as the attorneys' fees. The CLIENT cover all types of extrajudicial expenses and collections that XXXXXXXX would have to pay due to the breach of any obligation stipulated in this Contract.
Collection Fee. The City agrees to pay Xxxxxx as follows:
(1) No charge for the collected fines, fees, and court costs referred to Xxxxxx by the City imposed on all unadjudicated offenses committed on or before June 18, 2003.
(2) Thirty percent (30%) of the collected fines, fees, and court costs referred to Xxxxxx imposed on all adjudicated offenses committed on or before June 18, 2003; and
(3) Thirty percent (30%) of the collected fines, fees, and court costs referred to Xxxxxx imposed on all offenses occurring after June 18, 2003. The thirty percent (30%) collection fee shall be added to the amount owed by a defendant that is more than 60 days past due pursuant to Article 103.0031, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
Collection Fee. If following any acceleration of the WCMA Loan Balance and all other Obligations pursuant to Section 4.5 (a) (ii) hereof Customer shall fail to pay the entire WCMA Loan Balance and all such other Obligations in full within ten (10) Business Days after Customer is notified of such acceleration, then Customer shall pay to MLBFS, in addition to all other sums payable hereunder, a collection fee in an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) five percent (5%) of the sum of the then outstanding WCMA Loan Balance and the then outstanding other Obligations, or (ii) the maximum collection fee permitted by law. Such collection fee, which is intended to compensate MLBFS for its administrative costs incident to the collection of the WCMA Loan Balance and such other Obligations following an Event of Default and acceleration, shall be payable on demand.
Collection Fee. If the Reserve Account balance becomes negative at any time during the Resolution Period, the Reserve Account will be subject to a Collection Fee in an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total amount of the negative balance in the Reserve Account at each billing cycle.
Collection Fee. In accordance with Article 103.0031 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, there is hereby imposed an additional fee of thirty percent (30%) on all debts and accounts receivable, i.e.: fines, fees, court costs, restitution, and other debts that are more than sixty (60) days past due and have been referred to a private firm (Xxxxxx) for collection.
Collection Fee. RESIDENT agrees to pay a collection fee of $15 any time OWNER or his agent makes a personal visit to the leased premises for the collection of any money due OWNER unless it has been agreed in this lease that OWNER shall pick up rent money from RESIDENT.
Collection Fee. A collection fee calculated pursuant to section 114 for service costs of the assessor in undertaking the collection of transferred debt may be charged to the creditor agency. The fee may be deducted from collected amounts transferred to the creditor agency and deposited in the Bureau of Revenue Services Fund, Internal Services Fund account authorized by section 114. If a creditor agency is either entitled to federal matching funds against all debts collected or required by federal regulations to specially handle debts collected, the assessor shall transfer to that creditor agency the gross proceeds from collections of the transferred debt, and that agency shall promptly reimburse the collection fee to the assessor for deposit in the Bureau of Revenue Services Fund, Internal Services Fund account.
Collection Fee. Collection fees include attorney fees and any and all costs incurred by SCK MLS if SCK MLS is unable for any reason to process Participant’s check or if Participant’s credit card is rejected or for any overdue payment;
