Collectively Bargained, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans. At no time has the Company or any Affiliate contributed to or been obligated to contribute to any Multiemployer Plan. Neither the Company, nor any Affiliate has at any time ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in, or contributed to any multiple employer plan, or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.
Collectively Bargained, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans. At no time has the Company or any current or past ERISA Affiliate contributed to or been obligated to contribute to any Pension Plan which is a “Multiemployer Plan,” as defined in Section 3(37) of ERISA. Neither the Company nor any ERISA Affiliate has at any time ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in or contributed to any multiple employer plan or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.

Neither Seller, nor any ERISA Affiliate has at any time ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in, or contributed to any multiple employer plan, or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.

Neither Seller, nor any Affiliate has at any time ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in, or contributed to any multiple employer plan, or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.

Collectively Bargained, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans. At no time has Parent or any Affiliate contributed to or been obligated to contribute to any Multiemployer Plan. Neither Parent nor any Affiliate has at any time ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in or contributed to any multiple employer plans, or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.
Collectively Bargained, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans. At no time has Target or any Target Affiliate contributed to or been obligated to contribute to any Target Multiemployer Plan. Neither Target, nor any Target Affiliate has at any time ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in, or contributed to any multiple employer plan, or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.
Collectively Bargained, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans. At no time has the Company or any Related Party contributed to or been obligated to contribute to any Multiemployer Plan. Neither the Company, nor any Related Party has at any time ever maintained,
Collectively Bargained, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans. At no time has the Company or any ERISA Affiliate contributed to or been obligated to contribute to any Multiemployer Plan. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.16(e) of the Company Disclosure Letter, neither the Company, nor any ERISA Affiliate is currently maintaining, establishing, sponsoring, participating in or contributing to, nor, to the Company’s knowledge, has at any time ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in, or contributed to, any multiple employer plan subject to Section 4063 or Section 4064 of ERISA or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.
Collectively Bargained, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans. At no time within the six (6) year period ending on the date hereof, has the Company or any Affiliate contributed to or been obligated to contribute to any Multiemployer Plan or ever maintained, established, sponsored, participated in, or contributed to any multiple employer plan, or to any plan described in Section 413 of the Code.
