COLLEGE has the sole right to control and direct the instructional activities of all instructors, including those who are SCHOOL DISTRICT employees.
Regulation of School District Expenses The Board regulates the reimbursement of all travel, meal, and lodging expenses in the District by resolution. No later than approval of the annual budget and when necessary, the Superintendent will recommend a maximum allowable reimbursement amount for expenses to be included in the resolution. The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.
WILD AND SCENIC RIVERS The Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1968 (16 U.S.C. § 1271, et seq.) as amended, particularly sections 7(b) and (c) (16 U.S.C. § 1278(b) and (c)). AIR QUALITY The Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. § 7401, et seq.) as amended, particularly sections 176(c) and (d) (42 U.S.C. §7506(c) and (d)). University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.
Background Screening and Security All Contractor employees and agents performing work under the Contract must comply with all security and other requirements of the Department.
SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.
