Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow CBB to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.

Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement or the Adopted Terms, Verizon shall allow Conversent to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Agreement, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in VERIZON’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time. Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
