Common use of Colorado Governmental Immunity Act Clause in Contracts

Colorado Governmental Immunity Act. a. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to waive, limit or otherwise modify any governmental immunity that may be available by the law to the District, District Board of Directors or Officials, employees, contractors, or agents, or any other person acting on behalf of the District and, in particular, governmental immunity afforded pursuant to the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, §§ 00-00-000 et seq., C.R.S., as amended. b.
