Combination of Both Clause Samples
The "Combination of Both" clause establishes that two or more specified provisions, requirements, or methods will be applied together rather than separately. In practice, this means that the parties must comply with all the combined obligations or that multiple standards or procedures are enforced simultaneously. This clause is often used to ensure that the most comprehensive or stringent set of rules applies, thereby reducing ambiguity and closing potential loopholes that could arise if only one standard were followed.
