Commencement Date Certificate. At the request of Landlord, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a completed certificate ("Commencement Date Certificate") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Commencement Date Certificate. This Commencement Date certificate is entered into by Landlord and Tenant pursuant to Article 3.1 of the Lease.
Commencement Date Certificate. Tenant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Substantial Completion of the Initial Alterations for the Lab Space on or before May 1, 2009, and to cause Substantial Completion of the Initial Alterations for the Office Space on or before the date which is one hundred eighty (180) days from the Effective Date. Landlord and Tenant shall execute a certificate confirming the Lab Space Rent Commencement Date and the Office Space Rent Commencement Date promptly after the occurrence of each. The Term of this Lease shall expire, unless earlier extended or terminated in accordance with the terms hereof, on the scheduled Termination Date, 4.
Commencement Date Certificate. After the Commencement Date, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a completed Commencement Date Certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. Tenant agrees that such certificate shall conclusively establish the Commencement Date and the Rent Commencement Date of this Lease and the other information contained therein unless Tenant objects thereto in writing within seven (7) Business Days, which objection shall include a detailed statement of the basis for such objection.
Commencement Date Certificate. Landlord may elect to prepare and deliver to Tenant a commencement certificate setting forth the actual Expansion Premises Commencement Date and other relevant information regarding Tenant’s lease of the Expansion Premises (the “Commencement Letter”), which Tenant shall acknowledge by executing a copy and returning it to Landlord. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord within ten (10) days of its receipt from Landlord, Landlord shall send Tenant a reminder notice. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord within three (3) days of its receipt of the reminder notice, the Commencement Letter as sent by Landlord shall be deemed to have correctly set forth the Expansion Premises Commencement Date and the other matters addressed in the Commencement Letter. Failure of Landlord to send the Commencement Letter shall have no effect on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date.
Commencement Date Certificate. Promptly after the Additional Space Commencement Date is ascertained, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a certificate, in the form attached hereto as Exhibi tD, which certificate shall set forth the Additional Space Commencement Date.

July 23, 2015 TO: peerTransfer Corporation 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, XX 00000 RE: Lease Agreement by and between NS 141 Tremont LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Landlord”) and peerTransfer Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”) dated April 8, 2015 (the “Lease”) for the premises (the “Premises”) measuring approximately 5,473 rentable square feet located on the tenth (10th) floor of the building known and numbered as 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX (the “Building”) Dear peerTransfer: This letter shall constitute the Commencement Date Certificate referenced in Section 4 of the above-referenced Lease. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Lease.
Commencement Date Certificate. Within a reasonable period of time after the Term Commencement Date, at the request of either party the parties will memorialize the Term Commencement Date, the Expiration Date, and such other terms and conditions as may be reasonably contained in a written agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit “D”, attached hereto and made a part hereof (“Commencement Date Certificate”). Tenant shall execute the Commencement Date Certificate within 15 days of receipt, failing which Landlord may execute the same on Xxxxxx’s behalf as its attorney in fact.
Commencement Date Certificate. At the request of either party from time to time made, the other party shall execute one or more memoranda or letters stating the Commencement Date and termination date of this Lease.
