Commencement Date Certificate. At the request of Landlord, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a completed certificate ("Commencement Date Certificate") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Commencement Date Certificate. This Commencement Date certificate is entered into by Landlord and Tenant pursuant to Article 3.1 of the Lease.

Commencement Date Certificate. After the Commencement Date, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a completed Commencement Date Certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. Tenant agrees that such certificate shall conclusively establish the Commencement Date and the Rent Commencement Date of this Lease and the other information contained therein unless Tenant objects thereto in writing within seven (7) Business Days, which objection shall include a detailed statement of the basis for such objection.

Commencement Date Certificate. Promptly after the Additional Space Commencement Date is ascertained, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a certificate, in the form attached hereto as Exhibi tD, which certificate shall set forth the Additional Space Commencement Date.

Commencement Date Certificate. With respect to the Expansion Premises, Landlord will prepare and deliver to Tenant a commencement certificate substantially in the form as set forth in Exhibit E to the Initial Lease, which Tenant shall acknowledge by executing a copy and returning it to Landlord. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord within ten (10) days of its receipt from Landlord, Landlord shall send Tenant a reminder notice. If Tenant fails to sign and return the Commencement Letter to Landlord within three (3) days of its receipt of the reminder notice, the Commencement Letter as sent by Landlord shall be deemed to have correctly set forth the Expansion Premises Commencement Date and the other matters addressed in the Commencement Letter. Failure of Landlord to send the Commencement Letter shall have no effect on the actual Expansion Premises Commencement Date.

Commencement Date Certificate. This Commencement Date Certificate is made as of_____________, 201__, by and between , a Delaware limited liability company________________________________(“Landlord”) and_______________________, a(n) GREENWOOD HALL, INC., a Nevada corporation (“Tenant”).
