Commercial Collection Service. Commercial Garbage Collection Service, 185 Commercial Recycling Collection Service and Commercial Organics Collection Service.
Commercial Collection Service. Commercial Garbage Collection Service, 37 Commercial Recycling Service, Commercial Green Waste/Organic Waste Collection Service, 38 and Commercial Debris Box Service.
Commercial Collection Service. “Commercial Collection Service” means ongoing regularly 214 scheduled collection of Commercial Garbage and Commercial Organic Waste by Contractor from 215 Commercial Service Recipients and the delivery of that Garbage to a Disposal Facility and/or Organic 216 Waste to an Organic Waste Processing Facility.
Commercial Collection Service. Commercial Solid Waste Collection Service, Commercial Organic Waste Collection Service, and Commercial Recycling Service. Commercial Collection Service shall also include Collection from MFD Service Units and City Service Units. Commercial Collection Service specifically includes the following:
Commercial Collection Service. Commercial Solid Waste Collection Service, Commercial Recycling Service, Commercial Organic Waste Collection Service and Cardboard/Newspaper Drop-Off Service. Commercial Collection Service does not include Temporary Container Collection Service.
Commercial Collection Service. CONTRACTOR shall provide Commercial Collection Services to all Commercial Service Units in the Service Area, including those CITY Service Units listed in Exhibit 3. This service will be governed by the following terms and conditions:
Commercial Collection Service. 3.8.1.1. Contractor shall provide Commercial Collection Service in the Service Area beginning June 1, 2016.
3.8.1.2. Commercial Customers shall initiate, terminate, or change service directly with Contractor. Commercial Collection Service shall start, terminate, or change within seven (7) Days of request.
3.8.1.3. Collection of Solid Waste shall be provided at least once per week unless otherwise approved by the Contract Manager. Commercial Collection Service shall be provided frequently enough to prevent the creation of a public nuisance or a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare. The County retains the right to determine the appropriate number and size of containers.
3.8.1.4. Collection containers shall be placed at locations that are mutually acceptable to Contractor and Commercial Customer, and in compliance with County ordinance. If a dispute should arise between a Commercial Customer and Contractor regarding the location of a collection container, the Contract Manager shall designate the placement.
3.8.1.5. Contractor shall purchase, equip, and maintain RFID tags on all commercial containers serviced. Technical specifications for the required RFID tags are provided in Exhibit 8.
3.8.1.6. Contractor shall provide collection services to designated County‐owned locations outside the Service Area at the prevailing Commercial Collection Service rate. The County reserves the right to add, remove, or change locations, container size, and/or frequency of service. The County makes no guarantee of quantity or level of services required. Existing locations outside of the Service Area requiring Commercial Collection Service are provided in Exhibit 9.

Collection Service provided to Commercial Service Units. 255 Commercial Collection Service includes Commercial Garbage Collection Service, Commercial Organic 256 Waste Collection Service, and Commercial Recycling Collection Service. Commercial Collection Service 257 specifically includes the following:
Commercial Collection Service. With respect to Commercial Collection Service as defined under Section 1.23 of the Franchise Agreement, City shall, notwithstanding anything in the Franchise Agreement to the contrary, at all times during the term of this Agreement require Commercial Collection Service customers to subscribe to Refuse, Recycling and Organics collection services and Contractor shall provide the services at the rates specified in Attachment “A-1” of the Second Amendment. City directs that Contractor automatically enroll any new or unsubscribed Commercial Collection Service customers in Refuse, Recycling and Organics collection services pursuant to Chapter 70 - Solid Waste And Recyclables Collection Services of the San Xxxxxxxx Municipal Code.
Commercial Collection Service. Except as set forth below, Contractor must provide Commercial Collection Services to all Commercial Service Units in the Service Area, including MFD Service Units utilizing Bins and those City Service Units listed in Exhibit 3. This service is governed by the following terms and conditions:
