Common use of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clause in Contracts

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). The District shall reimburse all renewal fees to Employees who are required to possess a CDL.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). 15 The District shall reimburse all employees upon receipt of expense incurred for the renewal fees to Employees who are required to possess a CDLof the 16 CDL portion of their driver’s license.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). 18 The District shall will reimburse the CDL renewal fee for all renewal fees to Employees who Regular Drivers and other employees 19 that are required by the District to possess hold a CDLCDL “S” endorsement and/or CDL as a requirement 20 of the employment with the District. If the employee leaves employment with the District prior 22 will become due and payable in full and deducted from the employee’s final paycheck.
