Commercial General. Public Liability Coverage with respect to the Facility (including products liability and broad form coverage) against claims for bodily injury, death or property damage occurring on, in or about the Facility, affording the parties protection of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) in the aggregate, which maximum aggregate limit may be satisfied with the combination of commercial general public liability coverage and excess and/or umbrella coverage;
Commercial General. Liability Insurance against claims for personal injury, bodily injury, death and property damage occurring on, in or about the Premises or the Improvements in amounts not less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate plus umbrella coverage in an amount not less than $25,000,000. Lender hereby retains the right to periodically review the amount of said liability insurance being maintained by Borrower and to require an increase in the amount of said liability insurance should Lender deem an increase to be reasonably prudent under then existing circumstances. The maximum deductible shall be $10,000.00.
Commercial General. Liability Insurance with a minimum combined single limit of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily Injury, death, property damage and personal injury, and specifically covering infringement of Intellectual Property Rights. This policy shall include products/completed operations coverage and shall also include contractual liability coverage.
Commercial General. Business Liability Insurance with coverage as indicated:
a. Coverage at least as broad as found in standard ISO form CG 00 01.
b. Contractual Liability expressly including liability assumed under this contract.
c. If Consultant must be working within fifty (50) feet of a railroad or light rail operation, any exclusion as to performance of operations within the vicinity of any railroad bridge, trestle, track, roadbed, tunnel, overpass, underpass, or crossway must be deleted, or a railroad protective policy in the above amounts provided.
d. Severability of Interest.
e. Broad Form Property Damage liability.
Commercial General. Liability Insurance, including both bodily injury and property damage, with limits as follows: $2,000,000 per occurrence $ 500,000 fire damage $ 5,000 medical expenses $1,000,000 personal & adv. Injury $3,000,000 general aggregate $2,000,000 products/completed operations aggregate The policy may not contain an exclusion for coverage of claims arising from claims for sexual molestation or abuse. In the event that CONTRACTOR’s policy should have an exclusion for sexual molestation or abuse claims, then CONTRACTOR shall be required to procure a supplemental policy providing such coverage. Business Auto Liability Insurance for all owned scheduled, non-owned or hired automobiles with a $1 million combined single limit. If no owned automobiles, then only hired and non-owned is required. If CONTRACTOR uses a vehicle to travel to/from school sites, between schools and/or to/from students’ homes or other locations as approved service locations by the LEA, CONTRACTOR must comply with State of California auto insurance requirements.
Commercial General. Liability Insurance against claims for personal and bodily injury, death or property damage occurring on, in or as a result of the use of the Leased Premises, in an amount not less than $10,000,000 per occurrence/annual aggregate, including but not limited to Garagekeepers Liability, Host Liquor Liability, and all other coverage extensions that are usual and customary for properties of this size and type.
Commercial General. Liability Insurance issued to the Lessee and protecting it from all claims for personal injury, including death and all claims for destruction of or damage to property arising out of or in connection with any operation under his Contract, whether such operation be by himself or by a subcontractor under him, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Lessee or by a subcontractor under him, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable. • All such insurance shall be written with a limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 for all damages arising out of one occurrence for bodily injury, including, death, and property damage. The General Liability policy should have a general aggregate limit of $2,000,000 for all damages and a products completed operations aggregate of $2,000,000 for all damages. • All such insurance shall be written on a comprehensive policy form and shall specifically cover products and completed operations. Certificates evidencing the issuance of such insurance, addressed to the City, shall be filed within ten (10) days after the date of the execution of the contract.
Commercial General. Liability insurance, including coverage for bodily injury, property damage, personal and advertising injury, and contractual liability and including severability of interests provisions. Such insurance must have limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the annual aggregate.
Commercial General. Commercial General Liability insurance providing bodily injury and property damage with a combined single limit of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence and a general aggregate limit of at least $4,000,000 for all of Contractor’s premises and operations other than actual passenger service for the HTA’s Dial-A-Ride service. Coverage shall include, but not be limited to: premises and operations; contractual liability; personal and advertising injury; products and completed operations; broad form property damage and shall not contain any exclusion for explosion, collapse, and underground coverage. Contractor shall be solely responsible for any property replacements of same, equal or better quality.
Commercial General. Liability Insurance shall be written on an “occurrence” basis with a limit of not less than Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) per occurrence. Coverage shall include, but not be limited to, Bodily Injury and Property Damage to Third Parties, Contractual Liability, Products-Completed Operations, Personal Injury and Advertising Injury Liability, Premises-Operations, Independent Contractors and Subcontractors, Mobile Equipment, and Damage to Rented Premises. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority shall be included as an Additional Insured. The coverage shall include a waiver of subrogation provision to waive all rights of recovery under subrogation or otherwise against the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
