Common use of Commercial Impacts Clause in Contracts

Commercial Impacts. The Parties agree that the Contract Price will be decreased by $12,592,277 and increased by EUR 6,452,900 in recognition of the changes listed in Section VIII.A and VIII.B of this Change Order. The Parties agree that the Aggregate Provisional Sum will be decreased by $15,000,000 in recognition of the changes listed in Section VI.B of this Change Order and as outlined in Exhibit L Scope Trend S1-0111 (Capital Spares Reconciliation).
