Commercial Liability. Commercial general liability insurance, the limits of which shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate;
Commercial Liability. The Operator shall obtain and maintain at all times during the term of this Agreement comprehensive general commercial liability insurance covering third-party liability risks in a minimum amount of $2 million combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage.
Commercial Liability. Landlord shall at all times during the Term of this Lease carry and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance covering the common areas of the Property against claims for bodily injury or death and property damage occurring upon, in or on such areas, with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for any one occurrence with a per location aggregate.
Commercial Liability. Commercial Liability Insurance of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) limit per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) annual aggregate for bodily injury and property damage, including volunteer excess medical coverage. Policy shall also include endorsements for the following coverage: premises, personal injury, and blanket contractual coverage. Commercial General Liability shall be on an Occurrence Form.
Commercial Liability. Lessee shall obtain and maintain throughout the Term and pay all premiums for insurance as described in Exhibit A hereto. From time to time upon Lessor's request, Lessee shall furnish to Lessor a certificate satisfactory to Lessee that such insurance is in full force and effect and all premiums due therefor have been paid.
Commercial Liability insurance (including bodily injury and property damage insurance) covering Landlord and Tenant, with limits at least as high as the amounts respectively stated therefor under Section 1 of this Lease, or such higher limits in any case as Landlord may reasonably require in case of increase in risk, provided such higher limits are commercially reasonable and Landlord provides Tenant with notice thereof at least ninety (90) days prior to the renewal date for Tenant's policy.
Commercial Liability. The Contractor shall maintain commercial general liability insurance covering premises and operations, products and completed operations, broad form property damage, explosion, collapse, and underground hazards if the hazards exist in the performance of this Contract, contractual liability, and independent contractors, if any are used in the performance of this Contract. City of Durham must be named additional insured. An original of the endorsements to effect the coverage must be attached to the certificate (if blanket endorsements, then agent may so indicate in the GL section, in lieu of an original endorsement). Coverage must include a combined single limit not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence and aggregate limit not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per year.
Commercial Liability. Insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $10,000,000.00 each occurrence. The policy shall include coverage for bodily injury liability, property damage liability, personal injury liability, products liability, completed operations liability, and contractual liability for liability assumed under this Agreement. The policy shall contain a severability of interest provision.
Commercial Liability a. Commercial general liability insurance in limit not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 per occurrence for personal injury liability, $4,000,000 general aggregate (applied per job) and $2,000,000 products and completed operations aggregate written for a period of three years beyond final payment. Commercial general liability insurance shall also include broad form property damage liability and broad form contractual liability.
b. Commercial automobile liability with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 with a hired and non-owned endorsement. Personal automobile liability coverage will be acceptable in lieu of commercial automobile coverage only if the vehicle used at the job site is not commercially insured. Limits for personal auto must be at least $250,000 property damage per accident with an endorsement that the policy covers business related use with an additional $1,000,000 personal umbrella policy. This policy shall include coverage relating to explosion, collapse, and underground property damage and contractual liability coverage. Contractor shall provide a separate “Owners and Contractor’s Protective Liability” policy in the name of the Customer at the same limits listed above. The completed operations coverage shall be maintained for a period of 10 years after the Commercial Operations Date.
Commercial Liability. Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability insurance covering Contractor and its officers, partners, employees, agents and Subcontractors with respect to or in any way related to the Work. Such insurance shall contain all coverage customarily found in such policies of insurance, including endorsements or other provisions covering products and completed operations, covering the contractual indemnities contained in this Agreement, and including employees as additional insureds. Such insurance shall have a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for all damages arising out of the bodily and/or personal injuries to or death of one or more persons, and for all damages to or destruction of tangible property, including loss of use resulting therefrom, in any one occurrence, and subject to that limit, where applicable, an annual aggregate limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
