Commercial License Option. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the option, exercisable at Licensee’s sole discretion, to obtain a non-exclusive worldwide license with respect to each of the Disease Indications and a single Specified Vector for such Disease Indication (each such right with respect to a particular Disease Indication, a “Commercial Option”) in accordance with the following provisions:
Commercial License Option. This License Option gives YOU (a commercial individual or an Entity purchasing this License Option for a commercial individual or institution) the right to use the Software for commercial purposes. This License Option may use any of the Installation Types with no additional use restrictions save and except as set forth in the applicable Installation Type and as otherwise set forth in this Agreement. This License Option may be granted as a Term License or as a Perpetual License. This License Option may include certain rights under the Home Use License Option as specified in YOUR Order Confirmation. If YOU are an Entity that purchases this License Option for a commercial user, YOU are also responsible for ensuring the commercial user complies with this License Agreement.
Commercial License Option. In addition, Affimed shall hate the option, exercisable on a product by product basis at any time prior to the initiation of the first clinical trial in relation to such product, to obtain from Affitech a non-exclusive, irrevocable sublicensable license under the Affitech Licensed Europe IP to develop, use, make, have made, sell and import such product in any field (with respect to each product a “Commercial License”).
Commercial License Option. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the option, exercisable at Licensee’s sole discretion, to obtain a non-exclusive worldwide license with respect to each of the Disease Indications and a single **** CERTAIN INFORMATION HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. Commercial License Option. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the exclusive right, exercisable at Licensee’s sole discretion, to elect to obtain an exclusive worldwide license in one of the Commercial Fields but not both Commercial Fields (such right, the “Commercial Option”) in accordance with the following provisions.

If COMPANY exercises the option, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms of a mutually acceptable Commercial License Agreement, which will provide, in part, as described in Exhibit 2.
Commercial License Option. Under this License Option YOU are prohibited from providing Remote Access to the Software unless a separate license has been granted to YOU by Maplesoft in writing. This License Option may use any of the Installation Types with no additional use restrictions save and except as set forth in the applicable Installation Type and as otherwise set forth in this Agreement. This License Option may be granted as a Term License or as a Perpetual License. This License Option may include certain rights under the Home Use License Option as specified in YOUR Order Confirmation. If YOU are an Entity that purchases this License Option for a commercial user, YOU are also responsible for ensuring the commercial user complies with this License Agreement.
Commercial License Option. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee during the Option Term two distinct exclusive options, one of which is using * * * in the Field and one of which is using * * * in the Field, exercisable at Licensee’s sole discretion, to obtain an exclusive, sublicensable (as provided in Section 2.5 only), non-transferable (except as provided in Section 10.2), royalty-bearing, worldwide license under the Licensed Technology to make, have made, use, import, sell, and offer for sale Licensed Products (each such right, a “Commercial Option”) in accordance with the following provisions:
Commercial License Option. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ExScientia hereby grants to Sanofi and its Affiliates an exclusive option to acquire an exclusive license under the Research Program Results to research, develop, manufacture and commercialize the Products (the “Option”). Sanofi or any of its Affiliates may exercise the Option with respect to any Target Combination, on a Target Combination by Target Combination basis, by providing written notice to ExScientia at any time prior to the date that is thirty-six (36) months after the Effective Date (the “Option Period”).
