Commercial Use Only. 2.5.1 The marketing opportunity presented in the WHAP is for commercial use only, and the Affiliate, its family members, friends or associates may not make Deposits, directly or indirectly, through any of its Trackers for its or its own personal use or to increase the amounts payable to it under this Agreement by any act which involves Fraud.
2.5.2 If the Affiliate wishes to make test transactions to evaluate the system, including Deposits, it should contact xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx so the Operator can refund the charges once the Affiliate has completed its testing.
2.5.3 Transactions deemed by the Operator at its sole discretion to be made in violation of this provision will be deemed Fraud traffic and the Operator will deduct applicable Deposits or traffic from the amounts payable to the Affiliate hereunder.

22.2 Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and beforehand by Traders Trust, you are strictly forbidden to trade for yourself, either on the Electronic Trading Platform(s) or on any other platform operated by Traders Trust, either directly or indirectly through an “Intermediary/Related Party”. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary/Related Party” shall mean to include any Person bearing a relationship with you, including, without limitation:

12.2 Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and beforehand by ETX, you are strictly forbidden to trade for yourself, either on an Electronic Trading Platform or on any other platform operated by us, either directly or indirectly through a Related Party. In no event are you to receive any Affiliate Compensation on Net Revenue generated on your own Client Account.

3.4 Your referrals are considered as unique players of the Site to which they have signed up to. You hereby relinquish all rights and/or ownership to these players once referred to any of the sites, and these players shall be registered as members before they are considered as a qualifying First Time Depositor (an “FTD”).
