Commission Agreements. Copies of the Commission Agreements;
Commission Agreements. The Company is not a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any person that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or the Placement Agent for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with any transaction contemplated by this Agreement, except for dealings with the Placement Agent, whose commissions and fees will be paid by the Company.
Commission Agreements. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries is a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any person that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or the Underwriters for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the offering and sale of the Offered ADSs or any transaction contemplated by this Agreement, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus.
Commission Agreements. Except as described in the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, the Company is not a party to any contract, agreement or understanding with any person that would give rise to a valid claim against the Company or the Underwriters for a brokerage commission, finder’s fee or like payment in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein (including the issuance and sale of the Securities and the use of the proceeds from the sale of the Securities as described in the Prospectus under the caption “Use of Proceeds”).
Commission Agreements. All leasing or other commission agreements with respect to the STH Hotels and the Office Building and a list of all unpaid commissions which identifies the payee, amount and date or event upon which such commission will become due and payable.

Commission Agreements. Except as expressly set forth in the Leases or on Exhibit C, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property, other than such commissions as may be due on future lease renewals, expansions or extensions.
