Commission Sales Contracts. Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.20 attached hereto, neither PC nor Moadel has an employment relationship with any individual, corporation, partnership, or other entity related to the Business whose compensation from PC or Moadel is in whole or in part determined on a commission basis.
