Commissions After Termination. Contributor acknowledges clients may use or reuse, or be billed for subsequent reuse of Accepted Images after Termination of the Agreement. Accordingly, Contributor specifically agrees that Company has the non-exclusive right to license and retain its commission for such use or re-use of any Accepted Images which might take place for a period of one-year after this Agreement terminates. Company will continue to report to Contributor as set forth in Section 4.1.
Commissions After Termination. All payments under Section 4.3 of this Agreement shall immediately and permanently cease after the expiration or termination of this Agreement; however, Franchisor shall pay Franchisee all amounts which have been earned by, and accrued to, Franchisee as of the effective date of expiration or termination of this Agreement and shall be entitled to offset all sums due to Franchisor by Franchisee.
Commissions After Termination. Except in the event of termination of this Agreement for breach by You, Medius will continue to pay You commissions in accordance with this Section 4 on Lead Referral Revenue received during the Commissionable Period for Commissionable Leads accepted prior to termination of this Agreement, and Medius will continue to issue reports in accordance with Section 4.4 through such time.

Except in the event of termination for breach by You, Oracle will continue to pay You commissions for the duration of the applicable referral payment period in accordance with Section 4.2 on Lead Referral Revenue received following termination of the Agreement for Commissionable Leads accepted prior to such termination, and Oracle will continue to issue reports in accordance with Section 4.2 through such time.

All payments under this Section 8 shall immediately and permanently cease after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, although Regional Developer shall receive all amounts which have accrued to Regional Developer as of the effective date of expiration or termination.

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, EMPLOYEE shall be paid any remaining money invested in the Branch office, as well as any remaining balance in the Branch account, including outstanding Branch reserves, within 60 days after termination of this Agreement; provided however, that AFN may retain an adequate amount to provide for any unpaid expenses or other liabilities. EMPLOYEE shall return to AFN any funds distributed pursuant to this subparagraph, which are necessary to satisfy any expense or obligation for which provision is not otherwise made.

Upon the termination of the Agreement for any reason whatsoever, no commissions or other amounts shall be payable to REPRESENTATIVE with regard to Products shipped after the effective date of such termination, except that PUKKA shall continue to pay REPRESENTATIVE, subject to the provisions of Articles II, III and IV hereof, the commissions herein provided with regard to Products shipped within sixty (60) days after the effective date of such termination under orders solicited by REPRESENTATIVE and accepted by PUKKA prior to the effective date of such termination. No commissions shall be payable hereunder with respect to any Products shipped during the aforesaid 60-day post termination pursuant to any increase in quantity accepted by PUKKA after the effective date of such termination with respect to any such order. ARTICLE XI.

Except in the event of termination for breach by You, SYSPRO will continue to pay You commissions for the duration of the applicable referral payment period in accordance with Section on Lead Referral Revenue received following termination of the Agreement for Commissionable Leads accepted prior to such termination.
