Common use of Commitment Percentage Clause in Contracts

Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Bank, the percentage initially set forth next to such Bank’s name on Schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with §2.3, §5.14(iv) or §20. Competitive Bid Loan(s). A Borrowing hereunder consisting of one or more loans made by any of the participating Banks whose offer to make a Competitive Bid Loan as part of such Borrowing has been accepted by the Borrower under the auction bidding procedure described in §4 hereof.
