COMMITMENT REDUCTION DUE TO ASSET DISPOSITIONS. The Commitment shall be automatically and permanently reduced by any Loan prepaid pursuant to Section 2.12(c) hereof on the date of such prepayment, in an amount equal to the amount of such prepayment.
