Commitment to confidentiality and nondisclosure. EMPLOYEE recognizes that certain disclosures to be provided by COMPANY have or may have considerable strategic importance, and therefore represent trade secrets for purposes of this Contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of 36 months following the end of it, EMPLOYEE is committed to COMPANY to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or for others, elements of information;

Xxxxxx Xxxx recognizes that certain disclosures to be provided by AGM have or may have considerable strategic importance, and therefore represent trade secrets for purposes of this contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of 36 months following the end of it, Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxx is committed to AGM to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or for others, elements of information;

XXXXXXX recognizes that certain disclosures to be provided by ANTICUS have or may have considerable strategic importance, and therefore represent trade secrets for purposes of this contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of thirty-six (36) months following the end of it, XXXXXXX is committed to ANTICUS to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or for others, elements of information;
Commitment to confidentiality and nondisclosure. Xxxxxx X. Xxx recognizes that any confidential information disclosed by SHANGRI-LA shall be of considerably strategic importance, and therefore only use the said confidential information for purposes of this contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of 36 months following the end of it, Xxxxxx X. Xxx is committed to SHANGRI-LA to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or others.
Commitment to confidentiality and nondisclosure. Mr. Yufeng Mi recognizes that certain disclosures to be provided by AGM have or may have considerable strategic importance, and therefore represent trade secrets for purposes of this contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of 36 months following the end of it, Mr. Yufeng Mi is committed to AGM to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or for others, elements of information;
Commitment to confidentiality and nondisclosure. Xx. Xxx Xxxxxx recognizes that certain disclosures to be provided by AGM have or may have considerable strategic importance, and therefore represent trade secrets for purposes of this contract. During the term of this contract and for a period of 12 months following the end of it. Xx. Xxx Xxxxxx is committed to AGM to:
a) Keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) Take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) Not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or for others, elements of information;
d) Not be an independent director of a company in the same or similar industry.
Commitment to confidentiality and nondisclosure. Hong Yu recognizes that any confidential information disclosed by SHANGRI-LA shall be of considerably strategic importance, and therefore only use the said confidential information for purposes of this contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of 36 months following the end of it, Hong Yu is committed to SHANGRI-LA to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or others.

Mr. Jxx Xxxx recognizes that certain disclosures to be provided by FENGZE have or may have considerable strategic importance, and therefore represent trade secrets for purposes of this contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of 30 months following the end of it, Mr. Jxx Xxxx is committed to FENGZE to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or for others, elements of information;

Yxxx Xxxxxxx recognizes that certain disclosures to be provided by Haiwang have or may have considerable strategic importance, and therefore represent trade secrets for purposes of this contract. During the term of this Contract and for a period of 36 months following the end of it, Yxxx Xxxxxxx is committed to Haiwang to:
a) keep confidential and not disclose the information;
b) take and implement all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of the information;
c) not disclose, transmit, exploit or otherwise use for its own account or for others, elements of information;
