The Commitment to Effect Arrangement clause obligates the parties to take all necessary actions to implement and finalize a specific agreement or transaction. Commitment to Effect Arrangement. Subject to the satisfaction of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, FSD Pharma and Celly Nu shall each use all reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Arrangement to become effective as soon as reasonably practicable and to cause the transactions contemplated by the Plan of Arrangement and this Agreement to be completed in accordance with their terms.
